Pneumatic Transport Systems
Pulse conveyor systems are used for nearly all products. Due to the low conveying speed of the equipment, grain destruction and wear are substantially minimized. Besides that, due to the high load (product/air plug) much less energy will be required.
The dense phase conveying will be used for coarse grain products, long conveying distances and high conveying capacity.
The low pressure conveying (also known as “Lock Conveying”) is a continuous transport. It will be used for products which shall be conveyed uniformly and in the vicinity of which only a low construction height is available.
The vacuum conveying will provide for emptying containers as well as for the transport of very small quantities. With the hygienic performance being paramount. From the economic viewpoint, the conveying capacity will be limited.
